Fountainbleau Lodge

Our home is a warm and welcoming community that is comprised of a 33 bed skilled nursing unit with an additional 50 bed assisted living facility providing the highest quality of care to our residents. At the Lodge, we offer both private and semi-private rooms. We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, respect, and compassion, and we are committed to creating an environment where our residents can thrive.

 

Our staff is passionate about what they do, and they work tirelessly to ensure that our residents receive the care and support they need to live full and happy lives.
